CPGAVAS2 command-line version

Here you can find the instruction for running the singularity container for cpgavas2 command line and the sample files.

1. The software tool can be run as a singularity container. Detailed instruction can be found here.

2. The sample.fas used to test the singularity container.

3. The reference genome sequence sample.gbf used to test the singularity container.

4. The configuration file sample.conf used to test the singularity container.
